How long do I have to sign up for?
Assured Self Storage offers a month to month lease.

What hours may I access my storage unit?
Most of our facilities gates are open 7 days a week from 6 am to 9 pm every day of the year.

If I need to move out, do I have to give you notice?
Yes. Assured Self Storage requires a written ten day advance notice to vacate.

Do you have a truck?
Our Clark Road and Balch Springs locations offer truck rentals. All of our stores carry moving company information to help you with your move.

Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?
Yes. Assured carries a wide assortment of boxes, furniture covers, locks and packing supplies to help you every step of the way.

How can I make a payment for my storage unit?
Tenants may mail in payments by check or money order, make payments by phone with a credit card, online bill pay can be set up thru your bank, automatic credit card payments can be set up thru your Assured Self Storage office or you can drop off your rent payments using our drop boxes located at each of our Assured Self Storage locations.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Assured Self Storage accepts major credit/debit cards, checks and cash.
