Parks is owned by Don Valk and managed by himself and his staff. Our
Texas portfolio consists of 29 industrial business park facilities in
optimum commercial areas covering the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area.
These facilities, which consist of both office and/or
warehouse space, yield over 1.8 million rentable square feet of space
ranging from 600 to 100,000 square feet. We have many locations and amenities
to suit most all needs. Some of our building features include dock high
and grade level loading, some sprinklered buildings, ceiling heights
up to 24', ample parking, and easy freeway access.
In addition to our
warehouse facilities, we also own many parcels of vacant land, as well
as owning and operating several self-storage facilities throughout
the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex, Austin, and southern California.
